The CRISTEL pastry wheel slice.
Serrated wheel slice to cut pastry for doughnuts, bugnes, ravioli, sweet or savoury turnovers, etc. Used to make the lattice design on a Linzertorte.
Characteristics:
- brushed stainless steel handle;
- can be hung on Panoply racks;
- dishwasher-friendly.
