Description
Set of 3 stainless steel pans from the Castel'Pro collection, 5-ply construction with a polished mirror finish and a thermo-diffuser body in 5 overlapping, fixed handle in stainless steel. Interior graduations.
The 5 superimposed layers (18/10 stainless steel + 3 layers of aluminum + induction stainless steel), allow for even heat distribution thoughout the body of the cookware, from the base to the edges. Without a single-piece base, the temperature can rise and fall quickly, making the more technical recipes easier. The unique rounded shape of the body of the utensil is ideal for mixing, cooking and whisking sauces.
The 5-layer Castel’Pro saucepans preserve the taste of food and are easy to clean after use.
The solid stainless steel stay-cool handle, perfectly bonded to the body of the saucepan using stainless steel rivets, doesn’t retain heat on ceramic and induction hobs.
The set comprises a 16, 18 and 20 cm saucepan.
