Espace entre manche inox et partie silicone donc potentiellement des aliments peuvent s'y glisser ce qui n'est pas très hygiénique et je me questionne sur la durabilité de cet ustensile - le silicone va-t-il se décrocher à force de l'utiliser ?

Bonne dimension pour les espaces étroits, mais j'aurais préféré un silicone un peu plus rigide.
