MARBLED PECAN BROWNIES
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- ⅔ cup flour
- 12 Tpsp butter
- ½ cup sugar
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- 4 oz white chocolate
- ¼ cup pecan
Recipe
Heat oven to 350F.
1 In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar, then add the flour. Separate evenly into 2 bowls.
2 Melt the dark chocolate with 6 Tbsp of butter in a pan over low heat. Repeat with the white chocolate.
3 Add and mix the melted dark chocolate to one of the bowls from step 1. Repeat with the melted white chocolate.
4 Pour half of the dark chocolate mixture into the pan then pour half of the white chocolate mixture on top. Repeat this step a second time.
5 Using a spatula, draw swirls in the batter to get a marbled effect.
6 Sprinkle the pecan onto the batter.
7 Transfer the pan to the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
8 Allow to cool down before serving.
Tip: You can substitute chocolate chips for the pecans.
