Chicken tagine with mirabelles
Ingredients
8 Chicken Thigh Tops
200 g mirabelle
2 chopped onions
20 cl poultry broth
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 cup cumin
1 sprig rosemary
Salt/pepper
Recipe
1 Heat the pan to 2/3 of the power of the plate and then test the water drop.
2 Add a spoon of oil and place the thighs.
3 Colour both sides and remove from a plate and put the onions in place.
4 Sweat over medium heat for 5 minutes then add the mirabelles, spices, rosemary and deglaze with the poultry broth.
5 Put the chicken pieces back in the skillet, season with salt and pepper and then put a lid.
6 Cook over low heat 35 min.
7 Enjoy with semolina.
Tip: You can also add raisins and slivered almonds.
