Chocolate fondant with candied orange

Ingredients

  • 200 g dark chocolate.
  • 200 g unsalted butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 100 g flour
  • 140 g sugar
  • 30 g candied oranges

Recipe

1 Melt the butter and chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.

2 In a bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar then add in the flour.

3 Add the chocolate mixture.

4 Butter and flour the mini casserole dishes and pour the mixture into each of them to reach ¾ up the sides.

5 Add the candied oranges cut into small cubes.

6 Bake in the oven for 9 to 10 minutes.

Tip: Instead of the candied oranges, you can put a square of white chocolate into the centre of the mixture before cooking.
