PEAR CHOCOLATE CLAFOUTIS

Ingredients

  • 4 small Rocha pears
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ⅔ cup flour
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Recipe

Heat oven to 375 F.

1 Peel and finely slice the pears.

2 In a bowl, mix eggs and sugar then add flour, almond flour, and milk.

3 Arrange pears in mini stewpots and pour batter over.

4 Top with chocolate chips and bake for 30 minutes in the oven.

Tip: You can adapt the fruits to the season and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream for a hot/cold dessert.
