3 VEGETABLE TARTIFLETTE
Ingredients
- 5 leeks, white part only
- 4 carrots
- 3 potatoes
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 200 ml cream
- 1 Reblochon cheese
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Recipe
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
1 Peel and chop the vegetables.
2 Place the sauté pan over medium-high heat and add the oil.
3 Sweat the onions with the garlic for 2 minutes then add the vegetables.
4 Cover and cook for 15 minutes, stirring regularly over medium heat.
5 Add the cream and season, then add in the sliced Reblochon cheese.
6 Place the sauté pan in the oven without the lid and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
