CHICKEN STIR FRY WITH BLOOD ORANGE AND HONEY
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 100 ml blood orange juice
- 20 g honey
- 10 g chopped ginger
- 1 blood orange
Recipe
1 In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, the orange juice, the honey and the ginger and marinate the chicken for 30 minutes.
2 Place the wok over medium-high heat and do the water drop test.
3 Remove the chicken from the marinade and brown in the wok, then pour in the marinade, along with 100 ml of water.
4 Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring regularly.
5 Segment the orange using a knife and serve the chicken with the segments.
