Pan-fried carrots, broccoli, and green beans
Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 3 cups broccoli
- 5 cup green beans
- 1 diced onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Recipe
1 Peel and slice carrots.
2 Cut broccoli in florets and pull the stalks of green beans.
3 Pre-cook vegetables by steaming 5 minutes.
4 Heat the frying pan at ½ of the maximum power, add olive oil.
5 Add garlic and onion, cook for 3-4 minutes.
6 Add the vegetables and curry powder, cook for 10 minutes.
7 Season with salt and pepper and serve.
Tip: adapt the vegetables to the season. You can also add pine nuts for a crunchy version.
